1. The tour prompt is now the fourth action row

Same shape as the other three: one line of explanation, no button, and tapping anywhere on the row starts the tour. It still only shows until the tour is finished.

2. People you may know — people waiting on your vouch back come first

Anna and Marcus both vouched for you and are waiting. Their card offers "Vouch back" instead of "View profile". Then the 2nd-degree people, then 3rd-degree. The seed persona fed into the list does not appear at all.
